Getting Started ⌄

Start in Settings with Company Information and your logo. Then open Company Defaults to set normal pricing, specifications, scope mode, payment terms and contract terms.

Creating an Estimate ⌄

The normal workflow is Measure → Customer → Job → Estimate → Customer Estimate.

Measure the job and tap Continue, add or select the customer, review Job Specifications and Scope of Work, then review pricing on Estimate and generate the customer estimate.

If Customer was skipped, use + Add Customer on either the Job or Estimate page.

Pricing & Company Defaults ⌄

Use Menu → Company Defaults for values that should automatically start on new estimates. Changes to Job Costing Defaults also update the estimate currently being edited; individual estimate values can still be overridden afterward.

Job Costing Defaults stores your private asphalt cost, gravel cost, daily labor cost and daily overhead. These rates update live on every estimate until that estimate is marked Completed. Completed estimates keep the rates in effect when they were completed so historical profit does not change.

AutoScope & Line Items ⌄

AutoScope builds the main scope from Job Specifications and the selected template. You can still add individual line items to an AutoScope job.

Manage reusable items under Menu → Line Items. Material-list entries from selected line items can also appear in the contractor Material Summary; zero-quantity materials are hidden.

Payment Terms & Terms and Conditions ⌄

Create reusable wording under Settings. Choose the defaults for new estimates under Company Defaults. Expand either section on an Estimate to change it for that estimate only.

Saved Estimates & Accepted Jobs ⌄

Use Estimates to find work and filter by status. Accepted estimates provide access to job details, change orders, payments and invoicing.

Work Orders ⌄

Customer and authorized signatures are dated automatically when Use Signature is tapped. The two signature dates remain independent and can still be corrected manually if needed.

Accepted jobs include two printable work orders. Crew Work Order shows customer/job information, specifications, scope, materials and crew instructions without any prices or profit. Contractor Work Order adds contract price, projected costs, projected profit/margin and private contractor notes.

Use Print / Save PDF from either work-order view.

Payments & Invoices ⌄

Record payments against an accepted estimate/job. Invoices use the contract total and recorded payments to calculate the remaining balance.

Saved invoices are available under Menu → Invoices.

Reports ⌄

Use Menu → Reports for live Overview, Draft, Accepted and Payment statistics. Choose This Month, This Year, Last Year, All Time or a Custom date range.

Win Rate is Accepted ÷ (Accepted + Declined), so Draft estimates do not lower the percentage.

Data Backup & Restore ⌄

Until cloud storage is added, use Menu → Settings → Data Backup & Restore to export a backup file containing the app's saved customers, estimates, invoices, payments, defaults, templates and settings.

Use Restore Backup on another copy of the app—or after local browser data is cleared—to restore that saved information.

Estimate Settings ⌄

Manage company information and logo under Settings → Company Information. On an Estimate, expand Estimate Display Options for customer-facing estimate display choices.
